Refund policy

We have a 5-day replacement policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

We have a 10-day refund policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

We have a 1-day Cancellation policy, which means you have 1 day before receiving your item to request a cancellation.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

UNBOXING VIDEO IS A MUST TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT

We only accept returns if the product you received:

  • Is in a damaged condition.
  • Is missing parts.
  • Is a different product than the one you ordered.

To start a replacement, please send us a message on Email: info@shopbeyond.in with the required videos and photos to support your claim.

If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

We don't provide refunds to UPI or bank account on any return. We charge a ₹100 replacement processing fee and credit you the return amount as a discount code that can be used on Shop Beyond for your next order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise in the warranty or by our customer support team.

  5. Return Conditions: To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging.
